FAQs

  • Your first consultation will last between 60-90 minutes. We want to take the time to get to know you and make sure you feel heard and understood. Additionally, we will take a holistic look at your current health and medical history in order to form an integrative plan aimed at treating the root cause of your health condition.

    Follow up appointments will vary in the length of time depending on the treatment you receive.

  • Currently, we accept Aetna, Cigna, Providence, and Medicaid.

    We hope to soon accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, and Kaiser (CHP).

  • Are all your procedures covered by insurance?

    Insurance coverage for natural and alternative medicine varies widely depending on your provider and plan. In most cases, insurance will cover conventional medical services provided by a licensed physician, such as:

    • Physical exams and medical consultations

    • Basic lab work and diagnostic testing (if medically necessary)

    • Some prescriptions or referrals ordered by your physician

    However, most natural or holistic treatments are considered elective or complementary and are not covered by standard insurance plans. These typically include:

    • Nutritional IV therapy and ozone therapy

    • Detox or regenerative treatments

    • RGCC cancer immunotherapies

    • Preventive wellness visits or longevity programs

    • Food sensitivity, micronutrient, or specialized functional lab panels

    • Nutritional supplements or natural remedies

    Because of this, at Divine Health PDX, we do our best to keep our prices low accessible to our patients.

  • If you are a new patient, you will need to fill out a new patient intake form. You can do this electronically in advance of your first appointment or arrive 20 minutes early to complete in office.

    Additionally, bring with you any recent labs, test results, imaging, list of prescription medications and/or supplements or other relevant health records.

  • We are happy to assist you with your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 24-hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a no-show fee. All patients who do not re-schedule or cancel within 24 hours of their appointment time will be charged a $99 deposit before they can book another appointment.

  • For your comfort and to ensure that our doctors can easily find your veins, please limit caffeine intake and increase water intake for the 24 hours leading up to your appointment. Adequate hydration provides great help in making sure you are comfortable during the procedure.

  • For the 72 hours leading up to your appointment, please do not use anti-inflammatory drugs such as NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, etc.). Instead, switch to Acetaminophens such as Tylenol to manage any pain.
